Customer Report Types

EVE contains the following Customer Report Types

Best Customers

This report shows your top purchasers for a specified time period. Net purchases, gross purchases, emails and phone numbers are included.

Certifications in Date Range

All customers who have participated in a course during a specified time period are displayed along with the course type and number, the certification date, the instructor and the status.

Customer Reports Parameters

You can customise the Customers reports using the Parameters Tab.

1. Period – Choose a time period using one of the presets or specify a date range.
2. You can further filter customer reports using the following fields:
   • Store
   • Top X Customers
