On successful completion of this lesson, students will understand how to create a new gift card and how to find an existing gift card.

Lesson

Creating a New Gift Card

1. To create a new Gift Card, add a Gift Card stock item to an invoice.

Finding an Existing Gift Card

1. To find an existing Gift Card, go to EVE’s main screen, click on Sales and select Find next to Gift Cards.

2. The Gift Card Search box will appear

3. Enter data into any of the fields and click search.
4. A list of Gift Cards matching the criteria you have entered will appear.
5. Double-click the Gift Card you wish to view.
